It is unbelievable how quickly 10 weeks have gone by. I try not to think about it, but my maternity leave will be ending in less than 3 weeks. As a matter of fact, my first day back at work is the day after Andy and my 1 year anniversary. The thought of not being able to cuddle with Charlie every morning is so sad, but at the same time I think I'll be ready to get back to work and establish our new normal. :)
Charlie has finally kicked this cold (thank god) and began sleeping through the night again. I had to go wake him up this morning at 7:30am! I walked in his nursery and he was just wide awake looking at the ceiling. He gave me a big smile as soon as he saw me. That little face never gets old! And he laughed for the first time last night as Andy was making faces at him. We proceeded to spend the next 30 minutes making funny faces at him to make him do it again. No luck!
